This course is designed to provide HIPAA Privacy
training to all nursing personnel, including Registered Nurses,
Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses Aides,
and nursing administration staff working in a private practice,
hospital, managed care facility, clinic, rehabilitation center,
or home healthcare setting, and maintains electronic records or
billing information on their patients.

the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship
of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review
