Description:
Registered Nurse provides assessment and monitoring of patient’s psychiatric, medical, and social needs, including review of systems, treatment plans, and discharge planning as a part of a multi-disciplinary team; assesses and treats emergencies and/or triages appropriately; oversees medication monitoring and administration under staff Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner; assists in managing medical and pharmaceutical supplies. Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two (2) years previous experience in a psychiatric hospital or other psychiatric setting preferred. Previous background in an emergency department and family practice setting desirable.
