Category: Nursing//RN, Facility:Banner Churchill Community Hospital ,Location: NV-Fallon, Department:Med/Surg, The registered nurse is responsible for delivery of nursing care to individuals based on comprehensive assessment, analysis, collaboration with integrated team members, and educational needs of the patient. The registered nurse is accountable for on-going evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers of Banner Churchill Community Hospital.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education/Experience: Current license to practice nursing in the state of Nevada. Technical Skills: Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all equipment and perform all procedures. Utilizes safe body mechanics to ensure patient and caregiver safety. Other qualifications/certificate/license. Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. Additional credentials and/or certifications may be required for specialty areas (Surgical services, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Maternity, Home Care Services). (RNFA only: certification from RNFA program required).
