40 hours per week. &
This position is salaried and therefore exempt from overtime pay. &
Open 5/10/2006.
$21.45 per hour minimum. & $26.48 per hour midpoint. & $31.50 per hour maximum.
Serves as OML’s professional representative to OML clients within an assigned geographical area. The Client Relations Specialist interacts with OML’s clients to report, understand, and resolve issues affecting the proper delivery of OML services, including: specimen collection, billing, testing, information services and materials.
Requires prior employment, education and/or training in a clinical laboratory and a two-year degree in laboratory technology or related field with strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS in chemistry, biology or health sciences and/or Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist, ASCP or equivalent is preferred.
The Client Relations Specialist works outside of OML office. Extensive travel, including overnight stays, is expected. Moderate lifting and carrying, up to 50 pounds required
