Category: Nursing//Extern, Facility:Banner Baywood Heart Hospital ,Location: AZ-Mesa (Banner Baywood Heart), Department:Telemetry-Hosp , Telemetry Unit, Night Shift (&:00pm to 7:30am) This position is responsible for expanding clinical experience and assisting the professional nursing staff by performing a wide variety of patient care activities, which includes participating in patient care planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities: Participates with other disciplines in the planning, implementation, evaluation and modification of nursing care and gives direct nursing care. Performs nursing procedures for which competency has been established.
Qualifications: Must be enrolled in an accredited school of nursing. Must be within one year of graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preference is given to students in the final semester of a Nursing Program. Must have current CPR Certification. Must demonstrate behaviors which are consistent with Banner Service Standards.
