Good Shepherd Hospital is lacking quite a bit: their Emergency Room staff is rude and unaccommodating and they stand behind their incompetent employees when they mess up. Their "Head of Patient Relations", Donna Johnson, is about the same. When calling to let her know I was not happy about the way I was treated in ER, she told me she would get ahold of me in a few days. 28 days later, I had to call HER back. Did I mention they also have a class action lawsuit against them for price gouging? I'd give this place 0 stars, but I was forced to give at least one. I have never used another hospital in my life; I was born at Good Shepherd. I think it's time I use another hospital in the future and I encourage anybody else out there to do so as well.
