Allen from N/A I called Advocate Medical Group and wanted to speak to a Patricia whom from my understanding is the Billing Managet etc. I spoke with a ***Joyce*** who was extra rude and so busy LAUGHING and GIGGLING with her co-workers in the background that she could barely focus on my concern or the reason for my call. I did speak with a Carmen who did manage to answer my questions with no problem.
