SEARHC is a good clinic in service but terrible on the back end. I recently got a bill from an appointment on May 3rd. Today's date is January 4th. The Bill did not list the day of the appointment that I was being billed for, did not list the doctor I saw, did not list any of the services rendered. It was a past due notice without any explanation. It was past due, but that was the first time I recieved the bill. I wonder how they even stay in business a 9 month turn around seems a bit extreme. If you can at all avoid going to a SEARHC clinic, I would. By the time you get the bill you won't have any recollection of the service. It will then take many of your lunch breaks calling them to try and sort it out. The number listed on the bill is incorrect and just goes out to a non-existent extension. If you do need to try and reach someone call the Administration switchboard and plead and beg to reach someone who can help you sort it out. Patient account listing does nothing.
