Founded in 1926 as the first acute care hospital in DuPage county, Elmhurst Memorial Hospital’s mission has remained the same for more than 80 years: “To enhance the health of the communities and customers we serve.”

With 427 licensed beds, Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and its staff of more than 3,200 employees and 550 physicians are committed to excellence in medical and surgical care, cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pediatrics, maternity and emergency care.
