I called as a new patient and was told I would be called back. I wasn't called back near the end of the next business day. I called again and was told I would be called back. They said there was nothing they could do. this is substandard service.
I am afraid a place like this couldn't even make an appt. properly and would lose my chart! I pay good money for insurance and want something decent.
