I went to the ER at PV Hospital. I chose there b/c their commercials claim no longer than a 30 minute wait - yeah right! I was in the ER waiting room for almost an hour. I was soo sick I could barely hold myself up. I watched as several other people were ignored and scowled at. I was appalled at how rude almost the entire staff were to the patients.
Once I was finally admitted I was left alone for yet another hour and my husband wasn't allowed to come back b/c he had our son with him. I stared at a poster on the wall claiming that Abrazo Health took pride in their commitment to people and couldn't wait to get my survey! It never came - go figure.
When it finally came time that I could go home, there wasn't even anyone manning the desk!
That was definitely the WORST ER experience I have ever had. I'm still disgusted at how people were treated and how little all of the staff cared. Unbelievable!
