I called in advance, even though I had a procedure for which an appointment was not required. I even called and asked if it was a busy time 15 minutes before I arrived. I signed in at patient registration at 11:14. I watched several people who arrived after I did get called in to radiology. AT 12:36 I told one of the attendants outside the department that I really couldn't wait any longer. She said she would check on my sequence. She told me that there were several complicated cases that were taken ahead of me (too bad for me because I had a 5 minute procedure) but I would be next (of course). Two additional people were called and I left at 12:45, an hour and a half after I arrived!!! I rated it one star because there were no negative stars. You have options (for now) exercise them!!!!
