Don't let this beautiful facility fool you. When you walk in, it is clean, modern, well decorated. the staff greets you and makes you feel welcome.
Eventually the honeymoon is over, and you realize you are dealing with a staff that is incompetent, inconsiderate, and just plain rude.
My mom was THANKFULLY discharged from this facility, and it is only now that I am able to warn others, cause my mom was afraid if she started any trouble, she'd get treated even worse.
Don't get me wrong, some of the staff is quite nice, but the head nurse Nancy is a horrible horrible woman, who long ago forgot why she got into this line of work. She obviously has no compassion, and can't be bothered with anyone but herself. I hope someday Nancy finds herself in a nursing home, at the mercy of others who could care less about her. What an awful woman!
