Last night i came home to find my husband in extreme pain with a kidney stone so off we went to Montgomery General Hospital for a shot. From the moment we walked in, it was just one helpful and pleasant person after another! We were impressed with every aspect of their care starting with the fact that they get the patient into a room first and then have someone come to them to collect the insurance information. How considerate! We had several nurses attending to my husband throughout the evening; and each one was extremely professional, capable, NICE and personable, too! Dr. Graf was a doll! His expertise was solid and unquestioning, and his warmth and bedside manner rang with sincerity and humor. With their kindness and smiling faces, the entire staff turned what seemed like it was going to be a tense experience as we climbed into the car and headed for the hospital into a wonderful experience! My husband was in no pain when we left and continues to be pain-free this morning. Thank you each and everyone!
