Angie from Brighton, MI I've spent 65 minutes on hold over the last week just trying to make an appointment for my son and I to get our flu shots. This is not the first time I've encountered this problem with the office. It's unfortunate because the Dr.'s are all very friendly. At this point, if we were ill, I'd have to switch physicians!
