The Brookhighland office - FRONT DESK staff - is rude, almost hateful, and ALWAYS DISRESPECTFUL.
Every time I go, I promise myself I will never go back!
I really wish they would fire everybody up front and start from scratch!
It is such a shame, because the office building is set up so nice and the doctors are ok. I like the Hoover location, no problems there.
I have a friend who also goes to the Brookhighland Greenvale Pediatrics and has the same experience every time.
I am from Europe and she is from India and we always joke that they must truly hate “foreigners” there and love to alienate and discriminate against them. Truly sad and always disappointing.
