This place seems to be great at first, nice and clean, great reception staff! I have been going there for three years give or take. I raved and raved about my doctor, how wonderful she was. Lately, her office staff treat you like a number. In addition, the RelayHealth on-line patient to doctor communication sucks at bes because it is controlled by the office staff. I tried to get my husband medication by using the on-line communication tool, it took me TWO WEEKS to get him the meds! I didnt want to call in and send the email...but I guess duplication would have been better then not getting him anything. The nurses you speak to have serious attitudes...oh, and dont try to prove them wrong!...when did this become Wal-Mart? Whenever I go in for an appointment, my doctor has a clock on her beeping when we are mid-conversation 15min into my appointment....guess that means my time with her is up! They never run on-time anymore either. I have sat in a room 1 1/2hrs after my scheduled appointment time. It used to be a pleasent experiance calling or going to appointments...now it is like standing in line at the Wal-Mart pharmacy....it sucks! I am switching to a different doctor....I need to get away from Dr. Galvez's office staff....they drive me nuts!
