Service is very slow. Staff do not understand insurance limitations. Be sure to understand your insurance coverage (or lack thereof) for non-emergency visits to an emergency center (which is what this is). They tell you to come back for a checkup, no appointments necessary, and then you get whacked with a big bill that insurance won't cover. Unreal. Maybe this is how they plan to stay out of the red. Let's gouge our neighbors! Great. Should've been shut down when had the chance.
