Unfortunately, I have had to frequent this emergency room recently due to a Staghorn Calculus Struvite Kidney stone, larger than a golf ball. The entire staff, aside from Dr. Jeffrey Summerhill-who was TOTALLY RUDE and had NO compassion AT ALL, have been so kind. All of my life (I'm 50 years old) I have never encountered a hospital that has staff that were so kind and compassionate as Fulton County Hospital. The staff, including attendants, nurses and doctors, smiled and even whistled and hummed cheerfully while working. Special thanks to Dr. Paul Kauffman and Dr. Jim Bozeman, who both showed compassion and made me feel "safe". Also, special thanks to nurses "Diana in the er" and "Nicole (head nurse)" who both showed equal compassion and care. I rank this hospital and the entire staff with highest marks! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, I give them an 11! God bless you all and from the bottom of my heart, thank you!
