I can agree that some of the staff up there is rude, that's for sure. However, I've been dealing with the same Dr. (Devon Ballard) since I was around 16 years of age. He knows my name, knows my problems, and sometimes can give me what I need without having to come see him. He gets me in and out A.S.A.P., knows what he's doing, and always gives me plenty of samples. One of the best doctors, which is why I keep going to see him. Robin and Greg ask to see Dr. Ballard next time, I think you'll raise your scores. I do think that the Dr's need to put their staff in check though. I know things can get a little chaotic...but sick people don't need to be around rudeness. Smile and do your job!!! 5 stars for Dr. Ballard, 2 for the staff since i've met some that are nice and Dr. Ballard's nurse always gets back with me via phone message. -3 stars since half the staff are rude and snotty. Total of 3 stars!

My one year old daughter had her first year check-up and shots scheduled in May. This clinic calls to cancel the appointment and re-schedule a new one. We can not make it to the new appointment due to unexpected circumstances. So the appointment scheduler NICOLE calls us and is very, very rude. Speaks to my wife like she is a child, and tells my wife we owe $50 for missing the appointment. Which is untrue according to her supervisor. So now they expect my daughter to wait almost half a year later to get her shots. Something just does not seem right about this and we will never go back to Sherwood Family Medical again. I would suggest not taking your kids or yourself there if you want good medical treatment.

This is a wonderful clinic, the staff is always very helpful and courteous. The doctors are excellent. My daughter's pediatrician is here as well as my doctor and they are both good. It's never difficult to get in even with short notice. Not to mention the location is great, no more driving all the way to little rock to see a good doctor! My only recommendation for improvment would be to speed up call backs that are left on the nurses voicemail.
worst clinic ever Robin from north little rock
My 84 year old grandmother took a form she needed to have filled out so she could get oxygen on a trip she was taking. Seven days later and several phone calls noone at the clinic would return her calls. We still don't have the form and my grandmother cant get the oxygen she needed for the trip and may not be able to go. The clinic is very rude and unhelpful. I cant believe this is the treatment they give to patients.
