Worst ICU ever. Unplugged my mother's phone without telling her, unfriendly service towards family, horrible food. Icu has very strict policy of four visiting times from 0800a-0830, 1200p-1230, 4p-430, 8p-830 and then say "we have to kick you out now". When decided to transfer to different hospital it only got worse. I would go to bigger local hospital first. Poor service. I just don't think they care. We didn't complain because we can't be there but in thirty minute increments. Horrible if you live out of town or have small children! There is a new concept in hospitals: FLEXIBLE VISITING! They ought to consider it!
