I have been going to Matthews Family Physicians for over 5 years (even when it was called The Nalle Clinic). I always enjoyed my experience there until the past year or two. The doctors are great but THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK are the most RUDEST, UNHAPPY, CONDESCENDING, UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever dealt with. They will not acknowledge you with a simple warm "hello", they roll their eyes at you and act as if you have just interupted their highly important personal conversations (which I mistakenly and LITERALLY did one day), they talk crap about patients right in front of you (which is a huge HIPPA violation since I heard the actual patients name and condition). Now I always feel worse coming out of there than before I even entered the office!
