Tom, I feel your wife's pain. I have had 4 PCM changes in the last 8 months. Prior to the last change I had no trouble obtaining care...off base. Now after 2 surgeries I am unable to get a response from the PCM. The LPN calls and has now twice told me he would have the PCM contact me. I am now in a situation where I need a referral back to the surgeon with no response. I wonder what kind of care their patients will get when they leave the protection of the service. Just saying how I feel and what I think.

Doc's are strangled by an overcrowded system of ridiculous policies supported and run by political hacs who will do anything to "look good".

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THREE WEEKS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT TINKER AFB HOSPITAL. MY WIFE HAS REALLY BAD OSTEOARTHRITIS IN HER HANDS. SHE WOULD LIKE TO SEE HER PCM AT TINKER INSTEAD OF BEING SENT OFF BASE TO A DIFFERENT DOC EVERYTIME. I AM REALLY REALLY DISPLEASED WITH THE HEALTH CARE THE 72ND MEDICAL GROUP AND TINKER AFB PROVIDES FOR ITS' AMERICAN HEROS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. YOU MIGHT AS WELL SHUT DOWN YOUR TRICARE ONLINE. GUESS THIS IS OBAMA CARE/SOCIALISTIC MEDICAL SYSTEM. I HOPE THE TRUTH HURTS BUT I DOUBT IT!!!

I have been in numerous times for sinus infections and every one of those times I have been improperly treated. If it is the cheapest way regardless of your symptoms, that is what the people there will use to treat you. I feel bad for the active duty who go there to get there free terrible care.
