david perritt from Vidor, Texas I just want to say Thank You to the emergency room, ICU, and general staff of San Jacinto Methodist Hospital. While experiencing a heart attack at the ripe old age of 48, I found myself being transported to an unkown hospital and an unknown staff two weeks ago and had no idea what I was in for. The emergency room staff were so precise and dedicated to saving my life and made me feel so comfortable that they would be successful, I never really knew how close to leaving this world I really was. May God Bless each and every one of you and your families as He has Blessed mine in making sure I was in your care!!!! David A. Perritt Vidor, Texas May 9th, 2009
