bunny heiligmann from Austin, TX Had a family member there for pneumonia. This was an elderly person with documented dementia who couldn't even tell you what city he was in. The hospital deemed it appropriate to allow him to discharge himself with no family members present. The outside temperature was 104 degrees. Very dangerous and scary.
