ferris from Copperas Cove, tx This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. From the ER to the specialist branches this hospital has been less than satisfactory. Patient confidentiality was not observed, the doctors do not schedule anything in a reasonable time frame, patients with serious problems spend an average of 4 hours waiting to just be seen and the staff does not listen to the patients when it comes to their illnesses. One instance I went in with a blood clot, spent 4 hours waiting to be seen, and was sent away being told I just had a UTI despite me telling them that the UTI was a symptom not the problem. Went to a different hospital the next night when I was still having intense pain and they found the blood clot and treated me. This is only one of the many instances where Metroplex has proven below par in care.
