Description

Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics (SPMHC) is a 36-bed, not-for-profit (501c3) acute care hospital located in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin which also includes four primary care clinics in Black Earth, Plain, Spring Green and Lodi. SPMHC provides care for more than 40,000 people in their service area, which extends from Poynette to Lone Rock, from Plain to Black Earth.

SPMHC has gained a regional reputation for excellence in orthopedics, general surgery as well as spine surgery and gynecologic surgery.
