there is no minus rating otherwise i would give minus hundred rating to this hospital. I took my father to this hospital for a checkup . He fell down in the hospital due to the negligence of the hospital staff and broke his neck bone.
His MRI could not be done for five days which is very important in such cases.
Since no Neuro Surgeon is available in this hospital therefore no proper treatment was given to him and because of which his condition deteriorated each day and within one week he died there. Doctors were very rude there . They were not informing us anything . My father was shifted from ICU to general ward without any information to us where his condition became worse. I appeal to the authorities to please look into the affairs of this hospital so that further lives can be saved.

My Brother was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid leukemia, he was admitted in kuwaiti hospital sharjah for 3 days, what i saw about thier service was not good and the way they treated the patience was not good, that's why we decided to send him back to our home country for bone marrow test. My brother came back here in UAE and we went to this hospital again to ask refer letter to Tawam Hospital in Al Ain for a specialized Doctors. It is more than a week but until now i dont have the refer letter. I am talking about leukemia, a cancer in the blood, they're delaying it...
There was a time that the dog bit me and need a vaccine, we went to Kuwaiti Hospital emergency room, i have waited there for 2 hours to get the vaccine. the patients will die in that hospital.

I am astonished by seeing this review by those who get treated from that hospital. Really the management and staff of that hospital playing with life's of innocent people's and patient's. I am deeply upset that my elder sister has not received a proper care n attention. So i request to Govt of UAE to take the matter in consideration and try solve the problem of innocent patient's those who choose kwaiti hospital for their better cure.

In kuwaity Hospital sharjah some Asian Lady Doctors are very good.But the system is not good. NO proper information on Gynee section reception. MY wife is regularly going to Kuwaiti Hospital and some time she is having appointemnt with arabic speaking Doctors.Wife doesnt know Arabic and she is coming back home with a lot of disappointment. Please for Asian Patients arrange Urdu speaking Doctors.
Customer Serivces in Kuwaiti hospital Moin from Sharjah
I felt the arabic ladies working on the Maternity counter are sick as they don't know how to talk to pregnant ladies. Government is trying to support their nationals but nationals take the government as granted. they work like they are giving sympathy to customers or their department. They are happy if you allow them to chat or each other personal things during working hours. Authorities should look into that closely how they can provide the training to these unprofessional ladies to come up in professional way when they communicate with customers. Next time I will call police or newspaper reporter to show them the right thing.
