My wife and I arrived at the hospital with my 3 year old daughter who had an accident whilst playing and had a couple of children fall on her arm. After travelling 40 minutes to get to the hospital and having my daughter crying in the back of the car I found the hospital and eventually parked the car. We arrived at reception and were met by a friendly sympathetic lady on reception after taking our details as we are from North Yorkshire we were sent to see the doctor and within 15 minutes we were on our way to X-Ray where we met more friendly and caring staff who calmed my daughter down even though she was in a lot of pain enough to take the X-Rays and then back to the doctor who was fantastic. Total time in the hospital was approx 30 minutes and we left feeling relieved to have been treated by such professional and caring staff. A huge credit to the NHS
