marie from Colorado Front office does not want to schedule you unless you are an established pt. The front office does not care to investigate insurance if you have already been in. Ex. My older son was established but my younger son was not. I had to go home and get my Insurance card even though it was the same as what was on file for my older boy. I would think this would be simple to look up? The Urgent Care does not have weekend hours. I would give this Urgent care a 0 star rating. Very disappointing since I live in Reunion.
