I would not recommend this hospitals outpatient services ! I have been waiting since November 2, 2010, for them to scheldule a Reclast shot for my ostoarthritis. I have made numerous calls the referring doctor and contacted hospital personal concerning this situation. The doctor has made numerous attempts to have them scheldule the shot but they always say they have tryed to contact me. Lie, I have caller id on my home phone and their has been no call from the hospital phone. I gave my cell phone number as the primary contact number on which a voice mail can easily be left. There has been 0 calls or voice mails from the hospital. I have two forms of insurance and they pay for the shot. I have made another doctor appointment somewhere else and plan to geat the shot at another facility. I would not let these people give me the shot now if they sent a limo to pick me up. I feel they do not care, stupid or plain old lazy. I do not know how they handle other situations; but this has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for their services in the future.
