Description

Since its inception in 1967, Red Bay Hospital has been an integral part of the well-being of the people in Northwest Alabama and Northeast Mississippi.

In 2005, Red Bay hospital was awarded the status of “Critical Access Hospital” by the state of Alabama and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. One of only four such facilities in the state of Alabama, the critical access designation means that the citizens of our communities can count on access to quality healthcare within a reasonable distance from their home.
