I called to make an appointment for my husband... the girl on the phone could not even hear what I was saying and I had to repeat a lot of my info. Why couldn't she hear me? There were other ladies in the background...office staff I suppose... loudly discussing a patient and his embarrassing penile problem. They were laughing at this poor mans affliction. I could not get off the phone fast enough. Have you heard of HIPAA laws! All I could think was who wants to be a patient in a practice where the office staff loudly and crudely discuss patients private information.... I can't say anything about the doctor since we canceled the appointment. But beware of this staff...
