One MAJOR problem i have with this place is that they will make you wait a long long time (my average waiting time, with appointment, was no less than one hour!). Even though you have already scheduled in advance be prepare to wait as they do walk-in as well.
The staffs are friendly,however, they have poor records keeping. I was told to have a credit of $20 but when i came back 2 months later they could never find it!
One time they scheduled my appointment on a Saturday but when i got there the sign said they were closed on Saturday and Sunday. Turned out it was another office that stayed open on weekended not the one they had schedule me.
This place needs lots of improvement especially with the waiting.
