HospitalSoup.com provides you with the option of entering your resume into our database. You may select one of two choices when posting your resume in our system. You may store your resume in our database, and specify that it not be searchable by potential employers. Non-searchable resumes are resumes which you may use to send to employers when applying for a job online, but they are not available to prospective employers who wish to search for job applicants. Searchable resumes will allow prospective employers to read an overview of your profile, and send you messages via our e-mail system regarding new job openings that may match your particular skills and qualifications. Your e-mail address and other contact information, remains confidential, unless you decide to release it to a prospective employer, so your privacy and confidentiality are always respected.

HospitalSoup.com strives to limit access to our searchable database only to employers, recruiters, hiring managers, human resource professionals, and headhunters, as well as any agencies required by law, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use of resumes by third parties using our searchable database.
