The best people, the best hospitals - they go together.Our PlaceThe Decision Support Analyst (Finance) position is in our Decision Support (Finance) department at Exempla's Corporate Office.Your PositionTo fulfill this role as Decision Support Analyst (Finance), you'll provide key financial and clinical information to Exempla Management. This position will support the benchmarking process by developing internal data, identifying opportunities, networking with peer hospitals and supporting new processes for improved performance. This position will also aid in developing web-based, electronic reports and analyses important for sound decision making.Minimum Qualifications:BS degree and at least 3 years of healthcare financial analysis or systems experience. Strong analytical skills are needed, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
