This new facility, with spacious private rooms and state-of-the-art equipment, will reflect our focus on healing. It offers breathtaking views, walking trails and natural building materials, as well as a central garden, soothing waterways and colorful flowers. Your PositionSupports the clinical operation of all cardiology systems to through management and maintenance of cardiology servers, systems, applications and databases to meet current business needs. Coordinates between the department and IST, Biomed (as needed), and vendors to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the cardiology systems. Troubleshoots end user problems. Provides on call user support as needed to supplement biomedical, IST and vendor support. Performs workflow analyses and recommends process changes to enhance cardiology departmental productivity and maximize the utilization of cardiology information systems technology. Coordinates and participates in application training for departmental super-users and end-users. Participates in the design, testing, and documentation of new or existing cardiology-based applications including but not limited to the cardiology information system, picture archival communication system (PACS), CV Data system including structured reporting system. Assists department-based super-users in the development of report writer reports.Our Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business or computer-related major Five years experience in information technology, including hands-on knowledge of PC management, basic server management, and interface technology Two years experience as a super-user of cardiology related information systems Two or more years in project management (clinical or information services preferred)Your Decision If you are genuinely excited by the prospect of applying your proven expertise to the challenges of starting a new hospital, we invite you to apply today.
