Description:*** Quality Decision Support Analyst [ 10276 ]***Consultant to the organizational staff and physicians in strategies, methodologies, and resources for maximizing the use of data for decision making. Develops, coordinates, and implements data collection, analysis, management, and reporting methodologies in support of Exempla’s corporate quality initiatives. Foster collaboration with site-based performance excellence teamMinimum requirements:·Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related discipline or relevant work experience·Experience in healthcare delivery system·Experience in application of analytic principles and process measurement and reporting in support of clinical quality improvement initiatives ·Ability/experience to teach principles of measurement as applied to performance excellence·Communicates with clients regarding statistical analysis methods and issues·Working knowledge and experience with prevalent healthcare databases such as AHRQ, Leapfrog, benchmark databases and associated performance indicators·Must be able to use personal vehicle to travel to/from various Exempla locations ·Minimum of 2 years clinical performance improvement and applied biostatistical experience in a hospital or integrated delivery system·Direct experience in support of process improvement projects in health care
