Responsibilities: The NCMC Ambulatory Services Administration is accountable for the strategic planning, profit and loss and overall operations of all off-site clinic operations( Windsor, Johnstown, Eaton, Ault) withing the NCMC Primary Service Area including, and the NCMC West Campus (SummitView Medical Commons). The incumbent will also directly manage and oversee all relations with employed and contracted physicians located at these sites. The position will have a primary responsibility for the development and execution of NCMC's outpatient/ambulatory strategy with special attention and focus on market penetration into new high growth areas. Finally the incumbent will serve as Banner;s primary liaison with leaders of these primary service area commmunities.
Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's Degree in healthcare business management, master's preferred. Extensive management experience with hospital ambulatory services and/or physician practice administration. Extensive experience and knowledge of healthcare planning, marketing and finance, with demonstrable success in the implementation of healthcare growth strategies. Must have functional knowledge in PC environment including word processing, spread sheet, and presentation software or develop competence within 6 months of employement. Must have understanding of and ability to communicate business and quality aspects of ambulatory services. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, hospital staff, third party payer and communities at large.
