Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Evaluates patients and treats by physician and other healthcare practitioner referral, and administrators physical therapy procedures and modalities including but not limited to exercise, heat, water, electricity, massage, traction, light, ultrasound, and other soft tissue techniques. Patient’s populations include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Requires a graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association and licensed to practice in the State of Arizona. Must be physically capable of performing all physical therapy procedures of lifting and handling patients and equipment safely. Excellent human relations skills are essential in interfacing with hospital staff, patients and their families.
