Category: Nursing//Leadership, Facility:Banner Estrella Medical Center ,Location: AZ-Phoenix (Banner Estrella), Department:Administration, Provides unit leadership and/or clinical suppport in the Medical/Surgical ICU unit to patients/families, staff and nursing director in a patient-centered manner. Serves as a role model by demonstrating behaviors that are consistent with the Banner Health Mission, Vision and Values.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Requires a registered nurse with a current license. BSN or health care related Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability and at least three years of clinical experience and scope of care in the Medical/Surgical ICU department. The ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, physicians, patients and their families is required. Current BLS and ACLS is required for the department. Banner Health employees are expected to adhere to Banner's service standards and organizational values in all their interactions with Banner patients, other customers, and fellow employees.
