Susanville, Population 13,541 (year 2000), Elevation 4,200 feet, is the seat of Lassen County. Located about 90 miles northwest of Reno, NV, and 191 miles northeast of Sacramento, the town is linked through US 395, State 36 & 44 as well as Susanville Municipal Airport.
